12-Month Program is offered for those who meet the following criteria: 

• Male or Female, 18-40 years old

• Desires to learn 

• Willing to commit to a 12-month program

• Willing to abide by the Code of Conduct

• Submits biography in English or Khmer

• Submits application in Khmer

• 2024 Class Online Application:  July 01 to Dec 31, 2023 

• 2024 Class Orientation: March 02, 2024 

• 2024 Class Graduation:  February 24, 2025

Program Requirements:

1. Attend Orientation (*must attend) | student failed to attend without a pre-approval from RHC will be dropped

2. Weekly self-study, participation in a local church, and volunteering (self-discipline)

3. Monthly Small-Team Discussion  (*must attend 10 out of 12)

4. Quarterly All-Teams Forum (*must attend 2 out of 3)

5. All-Teams Missions trip (*must attend)

6. Small-Team Mission trip (*must attend)

7. Graduation Retreat (*must attend)

8. Recite the “Confessions – My Identity in Christ”

9. One-Year commitment to serve in RHC (serve within 3 years after graduation)

*Student failed to meet the attendant requirements without a pre-approval from the RHC administration staff will not graduate

 

Benefits:

• Upon successful completion of the program, participants will:

• Understand their identity in Christ

• Know their God-given purpose

• Increase in their leadership development (improve confidence, courage, and commitment to continue to grow)

• Participate and demonstrate their service to the community   Give back what they have learned to serve and empower the next generation

• Women (18-30) can apply for the advanced internship program with Raven’s Hope International (RHI) in the US (Paused)
